2011, from 11:30 am to 5:00 pm., at St. Joseph School, 41 1st Street East,
Waconia.

Special Notice
Under no circumstances will St. Joe tolerate rough
play and/or abusive language. Players displaying this type of behavior
will be assessed a technical foul and/or dismissed from a game and/or the
tournament.

BACK THIS YEAR!
Games are played to 15 points by ones or 20 minutes. A 2-point shot will
be in effect.
Get together a team of four - one player is a substitute. Registration may
be limited to 8-12 teams in each division.

Parents and fans are asked to allow the players to
play and the monitors to control the game. Good sportsmanship is expected
by all. Thank You!
The $60 team fee includes:
T-Shirt for each team member and a minimum of two
games. Prizes will be awarded.

RULES AND REGULATIONS:
-
Follow the bracket board at all times.
-
All teams must have at least 3 but no more than 4
players registered. All games will start with 3 players on each
team. Any number (1 or 2) may complete the game.

Players listed on the roster are the only players
eligible to compete on the team.
-
Each team is allowed two 45 second timeouts.
These stop play, but the game clock continues to run. Timeouts in the
last two minutes, stop the clock
-
Unlimited substitution, but only after a made basket or
when the ball is not in play.

Before games both teams will warm up at the same
time. Games start no later than 5 minutes past the scheduled time.
The 3 minutes of warm-up may be included in your 20 minute game.

One captain is expected to represent his/her team in
case of disagreement or appeal.

Court monitors will be present to keep score, call
fouls when necessary, act as a referee and have the final say in disputes.

NO STALLING! There will be an unwritten 30 second
shot clock in effect at all times. Failure to shoot in a 30-second period
will result in loss of possession.

NO DUNKING! Dunking at any time, including
warm-up period is against the rules. This may result in the
disqualification of the individual.

Jump balls go to the defense.
-
A coin flip will start the game.
-
After fouls or ball out-of-bounds, the ball wil be
taken at half court.

All games are to 15 points win by two or 20 minutes,
the 20 minutes may include the warm-up period. If tied after 20 minutes,
1 minute periods will be played until a winner is decided.

All baskets count as one point except for shots made
from behind the three-point line, these baskets will count as two points.
Both feet must be completely behind the line for the basket to count two
points.

FOULS! No unnecessary roughness. Fouls will
be called by the court monitor. Please cooperate. Technical fouls
will be 2 points and possession of the ball.

The ball changes possession after the score. The
ball must be taken back to beyond the two-point line after a score or after a
defensive rebound (rebound is any ball that hits the rim, backboard or
net). Ball will be checked after each score. Failure to take the
ball back will result in loss of possession and any points scored during that
possession.

THE ST. JOE'S ATHLETIC ASSOCIATION: Has the right
to -Limit the number of teams in the tournament -Reclassify teams in brackets.

Entry fees are non-refundable. We play rain or
shine.

While every reasonable effort will be made to ensure
the safety and integrity of the facilities provided, the St Joe's Athletic
Association, The Sponsors, Waconia Chamber of Commerce and ISD 110, assume no
responsibility for liability of stolen articles, or personal injuries
sustained by participates.
